What’s Sunday morning worship without coffee hour? Every Sunday after worship we gather in Fellowship Hall for coffee or tea and cookies, and a chance to catch up with friends and share experiences. Good fellowship and good coffee too!
Second Sunday Potlucks
During the school year the congregation remains after worship for a potluck in Fellowship Hall. On the second Sunday of the month, September through May. Many times we’ll have a “table talk” at the potluck, a discussion of mission or program brought to the meal by one of the ministry teams. The potluck is a great opportunity for fellowship and to share good food.
Our Fellowship Hall is designed like a gym, so why not use it like that sometimes? Every Monday night from 7:00 to 9:00 pm during the school year Fellowship Hall is transformed into a badminton court. All experience levels are welcome to join in the fun.
Like to walk with other people? Then join the Central Walkers. They meet at the church every Monday morning at 9:00 am for an hour-long walk around the neighborhood or sometimes to the Ruth Bascom or Delta Ponds trails.
The men of Central invite you to a hearty breakfast on the second Saturday of the month at 9:00 am in Fellowship Hall. There is usually a guest speaker for a short program following the meal. Men only; although at least once a year women are invited too. Men’s Breakfast takes place from October through May.
The Presbyterian Women Circles meet monthly. See our Small Groups information. Presbyterian Women also meets for luncheons from time to time.
Occasional church-wide activities such as movie night, game night, cookie-making, and other intergenerational events occur. Keep an eye on the calendar.
